Description
In collaboration with the team, determine the specifications of the glasses from the prescription issued by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist.
- Analyze and adjust the customer's glasses, measure the optical gap using optical instruments;
- Help the customer to choose his glasses by informing him about the materials of manufacture of the lenses, the frames, the tints and the anti-reflective coatings;
- Ensure the sending of orders and the follow-up of orders with the laboratory;
- Perform file openings, verifications and contact lens follow-up. All the work inherent in your profession as a dispensing optician.

Description
- In collaboration with the team, the advisor/stylist makes sure to offer the best experience to customers when purchasing their glasses:
- Determine the needs of customers and advise them in their choice of frames;
- Clearly explain the advantages of the ophthalmic products, frames and services of the Entrepôt de la Lunette;
- Propose and explain the existing and/or additional guarantees that may be attached.
- Complete the sales contract and payment with the customer;
- Perform activities related to after-sales follow-up;
- Support opticians in their follow-up tasks
- Perform all other related tasks
Required Skills
