Our licensed opticians are there to help you choose the best frames and lenses for your prescription. They will make sure that your eyeglasses are a perfect fit upon delivery and that your vision is the best it can be!
How to take advantage of our Best Price Policy?
The Best Price Policy applies to ophthalmic lenses only and on presentation of a lower price on the same type of ophthalmic lenses from any other optical store within a radius of 50 kilometers. Upon presentation of an authentic estimate, Optical Warehouse will not only match the price but provide an additional 10% discount!
Best Price Policy Terms and Conditions:
In order to qualify, the estimate (or proof of price) must:Contain the name of the product offered.
Contain all items of the order.
(lenses, options and frame)
Be referred by an optometrist or an optician with the name of the establishment.
Specify that the lenses must be a standard item for sale (not a limited time offer or clearance).
Be specific to the client who presents the estimation.
Come from an eye care professional within a radius of 50 kilometers.
Be presented within 30 days of the original estimation.

Basic Warranty vs. Temple-to-Temple Warranty
Our Basic Warranty on lenses is as follows:
- 3 month “non-adapt” warranty on progressive lenses;
- 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty on superior anti-glare coatings;
- 2 year manufacturer’s defect warranty on exclusive anti-glare coatings.
Our Basic Warranty on frames is as follows:
- 3 month manufacturer’s defect warranty on frames less than $60;
- 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty on frames over $60.
